The Typewriter volume v is here!
Well, The Typewriter volume v is finally here! Wahoo! I always feel so very privileged to get to read and share the poetry from all of The Typewriter contributors, and volume v is, indeed, a cracker of an issue!
For an idea of who you might find within the pages of the online mag, there is poetry from Mercedes Webb-Pullman, Anne Hollier Ruddy, Keith Nunes, Cara Gittings, Chris Parsons, Maggie Rainey-Smith, Peter Le Baige, Katie-Jayne Boardman, Patricia Donovan, Sarah-Jean Thomas, Susan Howard, Jenny Argante, Sarah Scott, Andrew M. Bell, Vaughan Rapatahana, Elliot Lawes, Chris Tucker, Nicholas Messenger and Marcel Currin. So some returning contributors to The Typewriter and lots of new faces as well, which makes me very happy.
A big shout out goes to my other half, who designed the new typewriter logo (it is a rather natty Adler Contessa) for this volume (and each volume previously). He is a star.
In exciting news, The Typewriter's new volume has also been featured on Beattie's Book Blog. You can take a gander here.
And pop on over to The Typewriter to indulge in some fabulous poetry this March week!

Congratulations on all counts Elizabeth. I really love the set out of poems in this one as in the circles...great idea. And of course the snazzy typewriter...not to mention the poems!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Helen! It's great to have feedback on the different format we used this year and I'm especially pleased to hear you like the yellow typewriter!! Of course, the poems are the star of the show :)
